If you come to me with other products from elsewhere on your nails we will need to do a soak off before services can be performed. This is to ensure the quality of my work and inspect nails before using products! To book after hours appointments please message Nail tech. After hours appointment is $20 extra added to services. (After hours are anything not available on the booking website) 💜NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES. NAILS SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND ANY ISSUES ADDRESSED PRIOR TO LEAVING! 💜 In the event of breaks, scuffs or chipped polish I offer free repairs for the first 48 hours after your session date and time. Anything after will be charged appropriately for said repair. This means you must contact Nail tech with in the 48 hour time frame. 💜 Hours of operation are 10A-5P. If you contact tech outside of working hours please expect a reply within the next 24hrs of operation hours. Please be mindful of hours reaching out to the tech as well. Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a nonrefundable booking fee of $10 to book the appointment slot. The booking fee goes towards the service booked.
All appointments needing to be rescheduled need to be done 24 hours before the scheduled appointment in order to transfer the booking fee to the new appointment. You can reschedule and transfer the booking fee two times. After two reschedules the deposit will be forfeited and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Another $10 booking fee will be required if appointment is canceled in the 24 hour time frame.
BOOKING FEE is due on the booking website when booking the appointment.
NO CALL NO SHOWS can be banned from booking any service in the future.
LATE- anything after 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and your booking fee will be nontransferable. 5 through 10 minutes late can result in not receiving designs or etc that was wanted. 
If you CANCEL in the 24 HOURS time frame 3 times in a 4 month period you will be banned from future bookings.
All payments for service need to be made by card or cash only.
